- I’m a sales executive/manager. Should I attend or should I just send my people?

If you want your organization to truly benefit from Barry’s approach and techniques it’s imperative that you attend the training yourself. Why? Because your ability to greatly increase your salespeople’s success is completely dependent on you yourself having developed stronger and more powerful skills so that you can then ensure that your people are following the sales process.
In fact, if at all possible, even if you come and evaluate the training yourself initially, we recommend that you attend again with your team so you can develop your sales tools as group.

- I’m brand new to selling. Should I come now or wait until I get more experience?

If you’re new to selling you’ll actually have a great advantage over the more experienced salespeople in attendance. Why? - Three days seems like a long time to commit. Do you offer a shorter workshop?

To make a real difference in your life where you can almost instantly learn to double or triple your income it takes a minimum of three days and we don't offer a shorter program. Our students tell us that the profound change they’ve gone through after Barry’s training has been well worth three days of their time and has a lasting and profitable effect through the rest of their professional lives.

- After I take your workshop, how do I maintain my skills?

At the workshop we’ll give you simple recommendations and exercises to help you keep your new skills sharp.
- If you’re so good, why haven’t I heard of you?

Barry made a decision a long time ago that he’d rather spend time with his family than out on the road and living in airports. For years Barry has strictly limited his training and only offered his expertise to a select group of clients here in Silicon Valley who he worked with on an equity basis.
Now that Barry’s kids are older, he’s decided to go after the one goal he’s yet to accomplish—to make a difference to a million sales people around the world. That’s why he’s decided to partner with Salesforce.com and that’s why you’re only hearing about Barry and his training today.
- Will you help me fix deals that I am currently working on but haven’t set up very well?

Yes. During the workshop we’ll not only go through examples of how to open up deals properly to maximize the chance of a successful close but will also outline techniques you can use to go back into a deal and get back on the right track no matter what state a relationship is currently in.
- Can I come late or can I miss day one? What if I need to miss a few parts of the training?

Barry uses a modular building block approach to learning. What you learn in the morning is built upon in the afternoon. What you learn day one is built upon for day two. And so on and so forth. There are regularly scheduled breaks that you will be notified of upon registration. You need to be there day one. If you have to miss some of the class, make sure to find a Barry Rhein assistant at the workshop; they’ll tell you what times are “best” to miss.

Registration
- How do I register for your workshop?

Simply visit the Registration page and choose from the available dates and locations.
- How do I cancel my registration?
-
To cancel your reservation simply Contact Us by phone or email and specify the date/location of the registration you wish to cancel.
If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days prior to the workshop, you’ll be issued a full refund. Please note that refunds are not given inside of that 30-day window, but that if you choose not to attend you may send a coworker or colleague in your place or attend a different workshop.
- How do I change location or date?

To change the date or location of your reservation simply Contact Us by phone or email and specify the date/location of your existing registration as well as the date/location you prefer instead.
- I’m attending your workshop on a Salesforce.com manager’s promotion. Can I transfer my spot to one of my employees?

Unfortunately, no. Manager promotional spots are only transferable to other managers within your company. If you’re unable to attend the workshop on the date you specified, simply let us know and we'll try to find a date that works for you.
- What are the hours of the workshop?

The specific hours of each workshop are listed on that workshop’s Registration page, but are typically 9AM to 7PM days one and two and 9AM to 6PM on day three. Please note that you’ll have homework assignments on night one and two.
Finances
- When do I have to pay for the seminar?

Your full fee is due at the time of registration.
- What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- What’s the last date that I can change my mind and cancel my reservation?

The last day you can cancel and receive a refund is 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop. After that date has passed no refunds will be given, though you may transfer your spot to coworker, colleague or friend or attend a different workshop.
Preparation
- Will meals be served during the workshop?

No meals will be provided, but it is recommended that you bring your own snacks and beverages to hold you over during the day. We'll take regular breaks and will have a lunch break. Please see the Registration page for details on the workshop hotel and what food options are available.
- May I record the seminar?

Due to the exclusive, copyrighted nature of the material, no recording is permitted at the workshop.
- Can You send me materials so I can study?
-
The best preparation you can make for the workshop is to Take the Sales Challenge several times and to open your mind to the idea of learning new, powerful and practical skills.
- What do I need to bring?

It is strongly recommended, although not required, that you to bring a laptop computer in order to do your presentation homework on night two as well as a pen or pencil for note taking. All other materials will be provided.
- What do I wear?

The dress is business casual.
- What should I expect at the workshop?
-
An intense, hands-on experience guaranteed to shake you out of your comfort zone and a potent opportunity to look at different ways to successfully play the game of selling. Homework will be assigned each night and you will be asked to actively participate in the workshop, so come ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

- Is the hotel fee included in the price of the seminar?

No, the hotel fee is not included in the price of the workshop though, when possible, we try to negotiate special group rates for workshop attendees.
- Will you make my hotel reservations for me?

No, but all the information you'll need to quickly and easily book your hotel stay will be emailed to you once you've registered for the workshop.
